About

Learning strategy grounded in adult education, performance improvement, and practical application.

I am a learning and development professional with 15+ years of experience across higher education, workforce development, K-12 leadership, nonprofit education, corporate training, and hospitality operations. My work spans needs analysis, curriculum design, eLearning development, facilitation, LMS administration, assessment, performance measurement, stakeholder collaboration, and program evaluation.

I hold a Ph.D. in Adult Education from Auburn University, and my practice begins with the performance problem rather than the topic. Front-end analysis comes first, followed by measurable objectives, an aligned learning strategy, and assessment that reports on the outcome an organization actually needs. That approach carries across sectors: I work with faculty, subject matter experts, corporate stakeholders, and frontline teams, and I apply the same evidence-based method to a first-year seminar, a global procurement module, and a workforce readiness program.
